Our company has a long history in the payroll processing business that goes back over 30 years to the formation of a bookkeeping company, from which evolved Delaware Valley Payroll. The company was renamed dvPayroll & HR in 1998 when its trading area grew beyond the boundaries of the Delaware Valley.
In 2000, the principals of dvPayroll & HR used their industry experience to form a new company focused on creating advanced technology based solutions for the payroll and human resource industry. That new company, Primepoint LLC, now offers 21st century SaaS technology to power dvPayroll’s processing, customer service, and operations, as well as the payroll processing of other businesses that take advantage of Primepoint’s co-branded opportunities.
dvPayroll & HR remains focused on the core issues related to payroll processing, especially the difficult and complex task of, collection, remittance, and reporting of local, state, and federal employee and employer taxes. The company currently offers these services to payroll processing customers with employees in any, or all 50 US States.
