5.

If you don't think your responses were what they
should be, read on to see
what dvPayroll and HR has to say on these questions.
1.
Is your payroll consistently accurate?
At dvPayroll & HR we strive to have the most consistently accurate
payroll as possible. And if by chance, your payroll does have a mistake,
all you need to do is let us know and we'll fix it immediately.
2.
Is your payroll service responsive when you need help or find mistakes
in your payroll?
When you call dvPayroll & HR you will speak to a person immediately,
and that person will try to fix your problem or answer your questions
while you're on the phone. If this can't happen, we'll look into the
matter right away and get back to you quickly. Quickly, to us, means
means hours not days. If your need requires specialized programming,
we will let you know if it's possible, or help you find other alternatives.
3.
Does your payroll service only know you by a number or code?
When we work with our customers we like to feel that we're part of their
payroll processing team, not just a vendor. For this reason, we try
to get to know our customers, and then we assign a dvPayroll and HR
team to work on that account. This team will understand your account,
and over time, get to know you -- and you'll get to know us -- by name,
not a number.
4.
Is the way you do payroll a square peg trying to fit into your payroll
service's round hole?
At dvPayroll & HR, our programs are designed in-house with an open
architecture. What that means to you is that we try to make our programs
fit your needs, not try to make your needs fit our programs. If you
have a need for a custom program, we have the capabilities to create
it in-house.
5.
Do you know your contact at your payroll service, can you ask
them questions?
One of our philosophies is that we don't only service our clients on
the day we produce their payroll, but that we provide excellent service
in between payrolls. As we mentioned before, dvPayroll and HR has a
team assigned to each account. We do this so that you'll know who to
contact if you have a question, and if your usual contact is unavailable,
there are others who you know, and know your account and can help. Also,
we hope that as you become more comfortable with us, you'll know that
you can always ask us questions and we'll either know, or find you the
answers.
We'd appreciate
it if you would forward this information to us by clicking on
the submit button. If you'd like us to contact you about our services
